Wonderful hotel in a picturesque setting
Pros:

Amazing hotel, Françoise was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel is set within lovely grounds, which we were able to enjoy whilst we had our morning breakfast. The room was clean, warm and welcoming with everything we needed. Françoise even went to the extent of giving us restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The rooms were large with a big bathroom, well stocked mini bar with wine, beer and soft drinks. Also had tea and coffee making facilities. Good place to park motorcycles round the back. Good location a short walk from the centre of Chimay. Property also has a large garden. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Cons:

Could have used their garage in other building for secure parking for motorcycles, if possible.

Pros:

le charme incroyable de la demeure, un subtil mélange d'art nouveau et de style victorien. Une authenticité des lieux joliment préservée tout en modernisant la déco. On fait le tour de l'étage, surprenant! Déjeuner copieux et hôte très gentille! Un endroit très chaleureux !

Cons:

éclairage de la chambre et de la salle de bain un peu trop faibles. La bouilloire ne pouvait pas être branchée car la prise est inaccessible vu la taille de la fiche.
