Il y a beaucoup d’amélioration à faire pour rendre un séjour agréable.

Staff could consider to be more a bit forthcoming and advising guests to grab breakfast at the property rather than the poor food option at Clark’s Amer. There was some trolly noise throughout the night on the floor, which we mentioned to the reception upon checkout.

Management needs to have a relook at the decor and ways to change drastically

Location. Beautiful setting. Large Rooms. Excellent service - Front Desk Anwar & Restaurant waiter Lavish need a special mention

Pros:

We have stayed at Brij Nest for 5 nights in total. The location is a half an hour uber ride away from the old city, which did not bother us much, as ubers are cheap and easy to find. The best part about our stay was the staff, especially Amwar: nothing was impossible, he really helped us out in various situations, he found and kept the cable my husband forgot in the room, kept our luggage while we were away, arranged a driver at 4am for our airport drive.

Cons:

As others have noted, the towels are really past their best. At a hotel of this standard that was unexpected. Also, the bathroom could use a deep clean.
