Pros:

The property location is very good in a calm place and just five minutes walking distance from "Pathadipalam" metro station. also it has a wonderful parking ground.

Cons:

Room is below average and very small. The toilette and its facilities should be improved according to its price. Also sound from outside people talking is clearly audible inside and it's preventing our privacy.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Excellent location especially if you're planning to use metro. Reception staff was helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and run down, room very basic for the price. Luxury only in name. No first aid kit in hotel when asked for a band-aid. Reception staff offered to go and buy it though.
