Pros:

The hotel staff are very helpful, well mannered and friendly. We came from Odisha to visit Kerala, and they guided us and gave us useful suggestions for visiting different tourist places. The room was clean and well-maintained. We really appreciate their help and support.

Cons:

The hotel does not provide even basic breakfast or tea, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. It would be better if the hotel could arrange breakfast and dinner for guests. At least, they should provide tea in the morning, even at an extra charge. This would make the stay more comfortable for guests.

Current outage, drinking water facility and cleanliness should be given top priority..
