Very poor condition.
Pros:

The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the airport and it has air conditioning.

Cons:

the hotel is in very poor condition. The bed is not comfortable at all, there were stains on the bedsheets, and we even found a dead bird in the room. There was no toilet paper, and it was very noisy at night. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay at all.

Cons:

Potential scam. Reading other reviews this appears to be common… They “cancelled” my booking just before arriving and did not respond to any communication. Thankfully could go through booking-.com customer service to get money back.

I would stay here again as it is so convenient for getting to the harbour and the airport.
Pros:

This hotel is a perfect place to stay if you are in transit to Raja Ampat. It is close to the harbour and 5 minutes away from the airport. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The rooms are adequate but they are small and with no frills. In my opinion it is overpriced for what is provided.
