قسم الاستقبال يريدون يدفعوك مبالغ باي طريقة مثل اذا انته مختار غرفة في الحجز بدون تدخين تتفاجأ منهم عند الوصول للفندق يقولو اي غرفة انته تريد تدخين ولا بدون ، ومن تخبرهم بدون تدخين تتفاجأ منهم انك لازم تدفع زيادة وفوق كل هذا اذا اخترت سرير مزدوج لازم تدفع زيادة، بصراحة اول مرة اعرف هذه الأشياء رغم اني رحت فنادق كثير ه ما في اي فندق قالي ادفع زيادة ، وبعد أخبارهم اني كل هذي الأشياء انا من قبل اني مختارها من الحجز ؛ في النهاية يعتذرون لاني ما اعطيتهم
