Вежливый персонал, при заезде угостили вкусным натуральным кофе… безопасная парковка, рядом парилка, если с хозяином подружиться можно попарится, Великолепное место, центр города, всё перед носом банки супермаркеты… обязательно приеду в следующий раз!!! 🔥🔥🔥👍

Pros:

Очень уютно, чисто и комфортно. Отель находится в самом центре всё ы шаговой доступности: маркеты, аптеки, банки.

Heap hostel, rude staff

The main problem is the receptionist and I read many comments about this, so, I'm not the only one.

I've been traveling the world for 18 years, visiting more than 50 countries, and I've stayed in many hostels, so I know how they work. I booked a bed in a shared room and when I walked into the room with the receptionist, there was a very strong human odor, so I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to switch to another room, since the hostel seemed empty; she told me no in a very rude way. The same thing when she shows me the room, she had no interest in being understood, and was annoyed when I asked her if there are locker rooms for my things (there aren't) and had no interest in communicating through my translator.

Of course, someone who smells like that also has other behavioral issues that aren't comfortable to sleep in the room with, which is why my night was really, really bad. What made me the angriest was finding out that the other three shared rooms were empty, which means she could have easily switched me to a different room without any inconvenience

Every interaction I had with this woman was very negative, including when I was leaving and she opened the door for me without even saying goodbye or a single word.

Plus, the hostel doesn't have anywhere where you can lock up your belongings—it doesn't have any lockers. That is something very basic for a hostel.
