Great option for solo
Pros:

Though the room is quite small but best for solo. The room has everything you need. The hotel has elevator, easy to move big bags.
Great location: 5-min walking to Kyoto Station, next to Aeon Mall for quick shopping, close to 3 convenient stores.
Top pick if I return to Kyoto in the future.

Cons:

Nothing, all is good.

お風呂の設備が悪い
Pros:

料金が安いのに簡単な朝食がついていた。
部屋は狭いがベッドが大きくて寝心地が良かった。

Cons:

お風呂の排水が悪い。水道をカランにしてもシャワーの方からも水が流れていた。
2泊目の時に交換用の袋にタオルが入っていなくてフロントへTELをしたがTELに出てもらえず、フロントまで行って依頼をした。でもフロントにタオルだけが無く、だいぶ時間がかかってから部屋にもってきてくれた。それまでお風呂へ入れなかった。
