Bad staff, small and uncleaned rooms with no toiletries and facilities.
Pros:

Rooms are small. No dustbin, dirty bathroom. TV wasn't working and room was dirty too. No charging plug near bed. Also, no toiletries in the bathroom. I asked for towels, handwash and body wash and they said these are not available right now. Asked for water and they came after 30 mins approx.

Cons:

Staff was bad. At the check-in time, the receptionist asked for extra amount. He said that the prices shown on the website are low and we have to pay extra 400-500 for the room. It was night time so i didn't had any other option so i paid 2000 rupees.
