Breakfast was good and the staff were pretty friendly. Hotel is just a few blocks from the heart of the city, that's a huge plus.
The put me in a cheaper room (not the Deluxe I paid for) and right next to the kitchen. Before 7:am the stuff would be working (making noises) preparing breakfast. the bed was small and very low. They advertised as "front desk open 24 hours" I arrived at 3am one night and had to wait almost half hour "til finally someone showed up to open the door.after banging on it as loud as I could. And the WORST of all...BED BUGS. There were flees in the bed. I was stung all over the body. I did complaint, they apologize but that was it. Didn't offered to some how made amendments for it.

I stayed at the mentioned hotel for 2 nights. And while I was making the payment using a credit card (visa/mastercard) as the payment method, they told me that this could not be done and that they wanted to charge me in cash. Later in the conversation, they sent me a link where I could make an online payment and this site seemed very unsafe, but I made the payment despite this. However, the hotel officials persistently reached out to me and the person I was staying with via text messages and phone calls and said that the payment had not been made. The bank I worked with suspended the transaction for 2 days and contacted me during this process and said that I had made an unsafe payment. Afterwards, despite my approval, the bank did not approve the payment and during this process, I had already gone to another city from the city I was in. During this entire process, I was constantly harassed via phone calls and WhatsApp messages after the payment method, which was due to their own mistakes. They wanted me to pay them by bank transfer or cash. However, since I am in a different country, I cannot make a bank transfer and I cannot travel again and pay in cash because I am a tourist and I must protect my cash, so I did not pay in cash at first. Because it has been stated that it is obvious that physical transactions are accepted as credit card payments.

Very good location, newly refurbished room and good size, plenty of hot water, quiet at night.
breakfast was not included but the restaurant attached to the hotel had excellent breakfast at a very reasonable price
staff was welcoming and helpful
we would have liked of had a small fridge. they do have just not the room we booked. other than that it was a great stay very peaceful
