Overall good option for price if ok with smaller issues
Pros:

Good value for price. Excellent location in the heart of Centro Histórico and very walkable. Also close to local train station. Plenty of good restaurants in area. Room was large, and clean.

Cons:

Street noise was loud, but manageable. Bathroom needs modernizing- pretty old. WiFi went in and out a lot- need stronger signal.

Hôtel exceptionnel, hyper bien placé pour visiter à pied et une bienveillance et convivialité rare.
Pros:

Cet hôtel était vraiment exceptionnel tant par son emplacement que par la qualité de l'accueil. Ma chambre était idéale avec une magnifique vue sur l'église. Toutes les visites dans CUENCA peuvent se faire à pied depuis l'hôtel.
L'hôtel est hyper sécure. Un point très important.
Et très grande propreté.
Le responsable a été hyper gentil avec moi à mon arrivée car je venais de me faire voler mon portable dans le bus en provenance de Guayaquil. Sa gentillesse a été précieuse pour moi dans ce moment difficile.

Cons:

Vraiment rien. Tout était impeccable.

Hotel para corta estancia.
Pros:

La ubicación, limpieza y estacionamiento; aunque externo, pero accesible.

Cons:

En la pagina dice que aceptan pagos con tarjetas y efectivo; piden una tarjeta para la reserva. En el hotel solo aceptan efectivo o transferencia (que es lo mismo). Esta es una practica que se ha hecho común en varios sitios que se anuncian en Booking. Por usar esta plataforma aumentan costos.

Pros:

La ubicación súper cerca de la Catedral y puntos de turismo, la habitación súper cómoda y limpia. El personal de recepción y de cafetería súper amables y serviciales. Definitivamente regresaré en cada viaje por su buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Hotel antiguo con olor a viejo en todas las instalaciones, dejan ver zonas de mantenimiento que tienen colchones u cobijas apiladas y en desorden. La ducha tarda en la mentar y al salir el agua tiene un olor poco agradable
