Extremely loud music from neighbors
Pros:

The hotel was convenient to Metro and check-in was very simple. The room was larger than expected (with a sofa and mini kitchen) and it was easy to pull the twin beds apart for our sleeping arrangements.

Cons:

On both Friday and Saturday night (not Sunday though), bone-rattling loud music played from about 10:15 until just after 11pm. Woke us up from a dead sleep (having flown in overnight and visited all day). We think it was a neighboring building of young people "pre-gaming" before going out. If you stay mid-week, this is unlikely to be a problem.

Purtroppo non c’è una reception e in caso di emergenza dopo le 17 non c’è nessuno

A noi è successo un imprevisto alle 11 di sera per un sbaglio di comunicazione e abbiamo telefonato e nessuno ha risposto fino al giorno seguente alle 10 del mattino
