Luide muziek 's nachts

Mooie ruime kamer met koffiezetapparaat en water

Toch wat luxe tijdens weekend Graspop!
Pros:

Het zwembad en jacuzzi waren heerlijk! De kamer was ruim en de airco werkte erg goed! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en met het ontbijt werden we goed en snel bediend. De douche was ook erg prettig.

Cons:

Voor ons waren de bedden iets te zacht maar dat blijft een kwestie van smaak. In de douche was wat schimmel te zien op het plafond.

Was prima, de eerste dag last van een feest in de buurt . Kregen meteen een andere kamer
Pros:

Ontbijt was de eerste dag matig. Tweede dag was een buffet dat was wel goed

Cons:

Had in een "tuinhotel" wat meer bloemen verwacht. Bv op het balkon, dat zag er erg kaal uit.

Te veel betaald voor de kamer.
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De deluxe kamer had een bad onder een schuin dak. Dit was zeer onhandig. De bepleistering viel van de muur in de badkamer. Voor mij was dit slechter dan een basic room die ik eerder een jaar ervoor had. Toch heb ik voor de deluxe kamer meer moeten betalen. Jammer!

Het restaurant.

Cons:

De badkamer had enkel een badkamer en geen douchevoorziening. Het rolluik in de badkamer was niet af waardoor je voor een open venster in de etalage stond. 1 bed had aan het hoofdeind 2 kortere poten dan de rest waardoor deze wiebelde. Het dakvenster tochten en de kamer was bij aankomst erg koud
De receptie zou om 7:30 geopend zijn maar er was geen personeel, je moest in het restaurant uitchecken en ze zouden de factuur wel nasturen. Gewoon niet professioneel en dat doet afbreuk aan deze locatie

Cons:

Leider hat uns das Hotel zwei Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass wir aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nicht dort übernachten können.
Zwar konnten wir einen Ersatz buchen, aber das im Voraus bezahlte Zimmer im Tuinhotel haben wir BIS HEUTE NICHT ERSTATTET bekommen.
Und ob das jetzt am Hotel oder an Booking liegt, ist mir als Kunde egal.

Balcony in the room was nice

Cons:

I made the resevation for 3 days (20-23 Oct). I got the reservation confirmation from booking as well. After several days i received a message from the hotel saying that they made a mistake and they can provide a room for me only for 20 Oct. For other 2 days (21-23 Oct) they said they could not provide a room for me and nothing to do. I dont know what happened at the hotel but that was suddenly shared with me. Because it was late i could not find a room nearby and stayed 20mins further away than my workplace.
