Pros:

Było naprawdę czysto, ręczniki i pościel białe. Było też cieplutko, chociaż na zewnątrz mróz. Materac bardzo wygodny. Na śniadanie naleśniki

Nie działała telewizja, chociaż próbowałam wszystkich porad z Internetu odnośnie uruchamiania dekodera. Boczna ściana brodzika odpadała przy delikatnym puknięciu. Pierwszej nocy nie mogłam spać, bo w WC ciągle ciekła woda do muszli. Później wpadlam na to, że wodę można zakręcić. Drugiej nocy nie mogłam spać, bo do 00:40 trzęsły się ściany od niewyobrażalnie głośnej muzyki z imprezy w pokoju wyżej. Być może jestem zbyt roszczeniowa, ale zapłacić kilkaset złotych za nocleg, gdy nie można spać, to jest irytujące. Na dodatek było jasne że większość gości przyjechała pracować na Targi, targi zaczynały się od 8:00 ale to obsługę nie interesowało, śniadania zaczynały się o 8:00. Pozostawia to niedosyt, bo wystarczy odrobina chęci żeby wydać śniadania chociaż pół godziny wcześniej

Z grubsza wszystko w porządku
Pros:

Przede wszystkim wystarczająca ilość oświetlenia w pokoju- nie we wszystkich hotelach tak jest. Darmowe parking w hotelu jest też restauracja gdzie nie tanio ale można coś zjeść nie wychodząc z budynku

Cons:

Drzwi i okna przepuszczały bardzo dużą ilość hałasu jedne od drogi drugie od środka hotelu
Śniadanie niby obfite ale wszystko takie mam wrażenie trochę nijakie

Byłem tam kilka lat temu i bardzo dobrze wspominałem pobyt, niestety bardzo się zmieniło na niekorzyść. Sytuację ratuje restauracja - nadal wspaniałe placki lwowskie, wyśmienite piwa (chociaż cena kosmiczna, przegania ceny zachodnioeuropejskie), personel restauracji na medal. No i tyle dobrego. Śniadanie dramat - stare pieczywo, część potraw wyraźnie z odzysku z pozaprzeszlych obiadów itp. Pokoje wołają o remont, śmierdzi kanalizacją, w czasie ostrej zimy nikt nie wpadł na pomysł odlodzenia chodników i parkingu. Ogólnie poza restauracją miejsce wygląda tak jakby zabrakło gospodarza i chyli się ku upadkowi. Niestety. Bardzo mi żal

Bardzo udany pobyt. Ogromnym plusem były pyszne, świeże i różnorodne śniadania, dzięki którym każdy dzień zaczynał się naprawdę przyjemnie. Obsługa niezwykle miła i uprzejma, zawsze chętna do pomocy i z uśmiechem. Hotel zadbany, a atmosfera sprawiała, że można było poczuć się swobodnie i komfortowo. Dużym plusem jest również hotelowa restauracja, w której każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Zdecydowanie polecam 😉
