Чисто, тепло і затишно. Тихо, нічого не заважало відпочинку.
В ресторані смачні і великі страви. Достатньо різноманітний сніданок.

Cons:

Номер не прибрали. Постіл та рушники не поміняли. Води не принесли. Вечором прийшов до номеру, як був в ранці так і залишився.

Гарний готель, але персонал не зацікавлений в клієнтах

Cons:

Бронювали для одного дорослого і двох дітей, і саме так вказали при пошуку номера. По факту виявилось що потрібно додатково доплачувати за одну дитину. Не зовсім приємно, оскільки під час бронювання і пошуку вказувалась саме та к-сть гостей, яка планувала зупинитися в готелі. Персонал не зробив нічого, аби втримати клієнта, сумно, але напевно їм і так вистачає

Дуже гарний заклад! Красива територія, альтанки. Є парковка. В номерах тепло і затишно.

Cons:

Нажаль, наш номер виходив в бік вулиці, то було дуже шумно. При бронюванні попросили окремі ліжка, але по факту було одне. Не критично, але нюанс. Сніданки непогані, але не всі блюда дійсно смачні.

Pros:

Комфортно, чисто , хороший завтрак, ухожена территория, есть детская площадка. Совре конный номер с двумя санузлами . Персонал отзывчивый , в 11 ночи быстро убрали стекло от разбитого стакана в номере .

Cons:

К отелю вопросов нет все отлично.
Не совсем удобно было только то , что в спа бассейн+сауна , которое было отдельно , далеко от номера ,нужно было нести полотенца из номера , их там не выдавали , учитывая стоимость спа можно было бы добавить полотенца.

Все дуже добре,персонал хороший,тільки не вистачило трохи спілкування так як були вперше і багато чого не знали,а так все чудово.Дуже допомогли з організацією сюрпризу,дуже вдячні.
