The B Hotel Alabang

Stayed here because they are pet-friendly. We would've stayed longer if they didn't charge 1k per each day for the pet who doesn't really need anything. Hotel is good value, great Alabang location. Room is in good shape except the first 2 nights there was a toilet smell however, it was rectified after that. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Wranze, Angel and the nighttime security guard (forgot to ask his name) for their kindness, attentiveness and friendliness. Didn't experience how efficient the free shuttle as we weren't told at time of check-in. Found out only through a youtube review video. That would be a nice thing to inform guests, just a suggestion. We'll be back should we need a pet-friendly hotel again in Alabang. Overall, we really like this hotel. Thanks to the B Hotel team.

Very good service top notch…. Dont let the cheaper price fool you. We had a better experience than some of the more expensive hotels in the are. Id like to make a special mention to Jaypee and Joshua in dinnig. They remembered everything we like especially bigger drinking glasses and provided them everytime we dined for the 5 nights we were here. Their attention to details for service is excellent. Will be coming back again.

Traveling the Philippines to visit and stayed at the B Hotel. The rooms are good sized, and really liked the bed comfortable and supportive. But more importantly we experienced great service from the hotel staff, very polite, professional service, and attentive to your needs. Dining option is great at Alejandro’s. Food is fantastic, hats off to Chef Bam, great service by the staff Francine, Rc, Lester, led by Sharmaine.

As a returning guest at B Hotel, I continue to be impressed by the level of service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff (Ms Abi, Sir Jhong, Sir Carlos, Ms. Mads) made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly set the tone for a pleasant stay.

The concierge team (Sir Alvin and TJ) was also very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with requests and provide helpful information.

I would also like to commend the restaurant staff (Sir JP) for their excellent service. They were courteous, efficient, and ensured that every dining experience was enjoyable. A big thanks to Sir Anjo as well for assisting us.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the consistent quality of service provided by the entire team. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. ❤️❤️

The service of Ms Ana and Jaypee are commendable always smiling and attentive. Food is good and was serve on time. Recommended to go back.

Our experiences are outstanding, the staff are very nice. First is the Front office staff, they are very nice people, specially Ms Mads. And when it comes to house keeping, the people there are very accommodating. Also in their restaurant we met, Ms. Ana she's very nice. And when it comes to cleanliness the public area attendants are very good at maintaining the cleanliness of the area. Our experiences overall are 10/10.

Always an awesome experience at B Hotel!!

My husband and I always stay in B hotel every time we are in Manila. Staff are very accommodating, pleasant and very respectful. Our room is very clean and our bed is always perfectly made with fresh sheets! And to top it all off, the food!! I was so happy when I was able to dine one Friday night for their “Kanto-style Street Eats! Fish balls, kwek-kwek, isaw, chicharon bulaklak, barbecue, varieties of kakanin and many many more!

B Hotel is definitely our home when in Manila❤️❤️❤️

We had our breakfast at B Hotel and we were assisted by ANA and Jaypee. They were very attentive and always ask us if we need something. They made our breakfast even better with their services. I really commend them🫶🏻

I stayed from January 6-28, 2026 then came back again from February 5 to March 1, 2026. It was a wonderful place to stay and a convenient safe location.

The concierge anticipated the guests needs from transportation to even getting a bottled water upon coming in from the hot weather outside. Wyne, Tj, Allan, Josh, Clyde were always attentive and made the guests feel at home.

The front registration staff accommodated my needs from getting a better bed to changing the rooms and floor locations. Thanks to Mads, Jong, Evane, Aliyah, Pearl, Hanna, Abby, Jana and many others OJT for making it happen.

Housekeeping kept the room clean and properly stocked with amenities and always made sure you had enough water.

There are some improvements that can happen in the kitchen when serving breakfast. When this fish pobre always being served seems like daily and the guest aren’t even touching it, let alone the staff won’t touch it either. Same dish just different sauces.

Breakfast became mundane, that when I saw a guy that looked like a chef, I called for him and he introduced himself as the head chef and his name was Bam. I voiced my concerns about the fish and he just nodded. Also why do you run out of okra or eggplant when it’s only 900 am and breakfast is served till 1000 pm. The miso soup look like a soy sauce soup it was so dark, there wasn’t even any miso in it.

Thank you to Mark the night F&B mgr for speaking to the kitchen staff in the morning. and making some improvements Thanks to chef June for making the best daing na bangus and Salisbury steak. Thanks to JB, Edward, Grace and other servers for being attentive and making sure my coffee was topped off.

I think most guests comes back to hotel for the hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this establishment but like I said breakfast needs some improvement.
