It’s very clean and near Ayala Malls Circuit Makati.
The entry door’s under gap is too huge like maybe an inch which is uncomfortable because anyone can easily see inside just by peaking. The door also doesn’t have a bolt lock inside, it just has the lock for the knob that’s connected to the key card. The keycard they gave us was not working on the door (but works for the lights) for the 2 nights we were there even when we had reported it to the staff. It’s just so unsafe to not have access to our own room and the only one that can open it is the staff with their own card. They said that they have requested to have it fixed on the third day which is on our check-out day and was pointless. Other than that it was a good stay because I had someone to stay with me. If I was alone, I would’ve felt unsafe. The staff were nice. The water heater in the bathroom is a plus for me. The TV doesn’t work I don’t even get it. Wifi is too slow even when we had our own wifi router. Overall room is clean.

Nothing unfriendly staff
I emailed the property asking for a 6 to 7am check in...according to your staff, the hotel was not full, so why was this not allowed? We agreed to pay the extra....They sent my wife and 10yr daughter out onto the streets and told to come back later...!!! where they were met with tramps sleeping on the street demanding money my daughter and wife were very frightened.....not acceptable.....never stay here because taxis won't even drive down there ...
