Pros:

Todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable y con buena ubicación. Justo al lado de un mulle donde puedes comer, cambiar dinero y hacer alguna compra. Cerca del aeropuerto y del centro a diez minutos en transporte.

The man on reception at check out was friendly.

Cons:

I honestly wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. It’s not in a nice area, there was stains on our mirror, walls, toilet seat was broken, shelf under the sink was falling off, the noise is so loud from the road and also from people walking inside. You’re getting exactly what you pay for which is nothing of value.

It’s good value for money. The property is clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall I cannot fault anything with go hotel at Otis

Cons:

I liked everything about the hotel, so there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property and I know the property well so it’s ideal for what my wife and I need
