There was no internet on the tv despite the efforts of the female staff who assisted and checked it 3 times that night.
I requested an early check-in and late check -out after booking the room. Upon arrival, we informed the front desk that I requested an early check-in. Sadly, it was not granted. That was fine, and we understood. But the next day, I asked again regarding our request for a late check-out. The front desk declined and informed us that check- out time is at 12 pm. However, after my husband pointed out the inconvenience, we had experienced not being able to use the tv in our room since there is no internet. He considered and allowed until 1 pm only.

It was a cheaper end hotel and not to far from airport. For one night is ok price and then move on. I like to have a cup of tea in my room on arrival, but only coffee available. Our room did not have any windows, but good aircon, no hot water, netflix and youtube not active, we used our own.
I chose the place due to the rooftop amenities and clean space.
There’s no refrigerator to keep my food and local tv network.

I've stayed more than 500 hotels in the world, but I've never charged, so I was so surprised.
My family were afraid to use hotel equipments after that.
I think hotel should be a place where I feel comfortable and can relax, not feel tensed.

The location is very strange. There is a gate that has a curfew for 10pm in the main street. You have to walk after 10pm because cars are not allowed to enter. There is no wifi service. The staff said they will have somebody to check the wifi. But it did not work. I suffered for 4 days without wifi. They dont do regular cleaning services. They dont empty garbage. The dining place is closed. Its a horrible place to stay.
