Beware of the old man who will check you in, he asks for extra thousand ₱....
Pros:

Late check in was allowed.

Cons:

There's no concierge, the person who take us to our room actually asked for ₱2,000 because he thought we are going to extend our stay when infact he asked ₱2,000 as security deposit and when I asked why ₱2,000 he said it is what it is... If the extra ₱1,000 is for extension of our stay why it wasn't recorded in their office? The personnel who was assigned in our check out HAVE TO GET the extra ₱1,000 from the guy who let us checked in...

Value for money and comfortability..easy to find location
Pros:

bed is comfortable, and privacy is great

Cons:

1. The TV is not working, accordingly it was not check before checking in
2. There should be cleaning tools in the bathroom like mop and brush
3. There should be a chair inside since there is a table
4. Pest control is needed since insect coming out inside room and toilet

Lack of one BIG mirror for those who are high or verry high and a good light in the bathroom or in the hall to can shave yourself good !!

Do the job if your GF close to the place
