Pros:

スタッフは皆さま良かったです。

Cons:

テレビが見れない！
私たちの部屋だけ、何故か見れなかった。
スタッフの人が来てくれて見れるようになったけど、翌日また見れなくなり、もう面倒でフロントに連絡しなかった。
他の友達の部屋は、全く問題なく電源入れれば普通に見れて、テレビは不満。

Pros:

I liked a lot of things during my stay! I loved the quick and helpful staff, I loved the elegance of my room decor and the furniture, I loved the comfort of the bed and number of pillows. I love that a newspaper gets delivered to your doorstep and the welcome drink. I love the smell of their body gel. Of course, their prime location near the busiest transportation hub in Makati.

Cons:

A few things for improvement: My room window is directly in front of a permanent spotlight. I turned off all the lights and I think I'm still in a well-lit room. I had to yank the blackout curtains off their tiebacks. During showertime, I had to wait for a couple minutes before hot water came in. And the automatic closet light turns off when I fully open the closet door. It's weird.

Great stay. Would recommend toa nyone.
Pros:

Older hotel but very well kept. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was at a great spot within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

All was good.
