It was a rather ornate little place. staff very friendly and helpful, room extreme spacious, and the location was simply excellent.

The selling point of the hotel is definitely the rooms themselves. Gorgeous furniture, spacious living quarters, and the free bathroom amenities are well above the average three-star rating. The staff are all capable and courteous. And the restaurant downstairs is well equipped to handle your needs. If you're willing to walk, both Glorietta and Greenbelt can be accessed on foot. With a few caveats.
For all the praise I heap on the rooms, it had one flaw that might be a dealbreaker depending on how you spend your nights. They have poor soundproofing. My room faced the street outside; as did all the rooms next to me. Every noise a car can make as they go their way down the road could be heard from bed in room 301. And despite its relative proximity to the aforementioned malls, crossing towards them on foot is rather inconvenient. Although that's not really up to the hotel anymore to fix.
The room is clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The stay was comfortable.

スタッフの人が来てくれて見れるようになったけど、翌日また見れなくなり、もう面倒でフロントに連絡しなかった。
他の友達の部屋は、全く問題なく電源入れれば普通に見れて、テレビは不満。
I liked a lot of things during my stay! I loved the quick and helpful staff, I loved the elegance of my room decor and the furniture, I loved the comfort of the bed and number of pillows. I love that a newspaper gets delivered to your doorstep and the welcome drink. I love the smell of their body gel. Of course, their prime location near the busiest transportation hub in Makati.
A few things for improvement: My room window is directly in front of a permanent spotlight. I turned off all the lights and I think I'm still in a well-lit room. I had to yank the blackout curtains off their tiebacks. During showertime, I had to wait for a couple minutes before hot water came in. And the automatic closet light turns off when I fully open the closet door. It's weird.
