From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the accommodations house rules do not permit:

The bath tub of course. The bath amenities is great. Welcome drink, tidbits, fruit basket. The scented aromatherapy in room. The size of the room is huge. Great water pressure.
Checked in on Sunday, I think that it was a heavy checkout that day but my arrival was 4.00pm. Cleanliness can be improved. The carpet at the sitting area got dust and probably cookies crumbs on the floor. Parking entrance is soooo tricky, so much different from my previous stay (THE SECOND ONE, THE FIRST ONE WASNT SO PLEASENT). Room got no view because got the sail on outside of the window. I requested to change room if possible, but they left me waiting for an hour without any updates and denied the existence of my previous room which is the same room category with a view.

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold and quiet, and the environment was peaceful and nice, which made our stay pleasant.
The toilet wall and the toilet curtain had dark stains, which made the bathroom look not very clean. Additionally, the bathtub water could not be stopped properly, so we were unable to enjoy a bath.
Hopefully, these issues can be fixed for future guests.

Staff hotel menawarkan sejadah untuk di bawa ke bilik hotel (tanda staff alert).
1.Masa checkout yang terlalu awal jam 11 pagi tidak memberi peluang pelanggan lebih masa berehat di dalam bilik lebih lama.
2.Tidak ada kolam renang yang mesra kanak-kanak,kolam renang yang ada tidak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak.
3.Jika boleh,usahakan untuk restaurant dapat sijil halal,sebab pelanggan hotel pastinya ada ramai orang islam,jika ada sijil halal di restaurant pasti akan lebih pelanggan islam yang tanpa was-was akan makan di hotel dan ini boleh menambahkan income hotel lagi.
The room was clean and so comfortable
We have signature king suite. The room is spacious and comfortable. The ambience were nice and relaxing. Restaurants if you opt outside the hotel, were plenty around the area since it was not far from main buzz area. The staff was super helpful and friendly too. Me and my husband were taking turn for our massage since we have baby with us, the manager allowed us to check out late which we were very grateful for. If you are looking for short healing staycation, this place must try!
The bathroom area i think can be improved since i see a visible mold.
The hotel atmosphere is like being in a spa with a fresh, fragrant and refreshing environment.
Breakfast dishes are ala carte options, hope the hotel can diversify breakfast dishes with buffet options. However, the food provided is very tasty.
A very comfy spa hotel, the room is comfortable, cozy, nice ambience. Not only enjoy the hotel, also enjoy the spa. The spa massage is very comfortable & enjoying.
The room we had was very comfortable and clean.
There is a fair amount of road noise from traffic that affects rooms closest to the road. When we switched rooms to one further back away from the road it made a big difference.
