From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the accommodations house rules do not permit:
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the premise
- Bringing explosive and flammable materials, e.g. weapons and chemicals.
- Bringing strong smelling food such as durian, Mangosteen etc.
- Bringing pets into the premise.

Cons:

The conditions provided at the property varied from the photos shown. Furnitures at facility are old: squeaking beds, average sound proof (noise from street, since the property is next to roadside), mouldy bathroom and shower area, rusted sink cupboard.

The pool is not swim-able, given the size.

With the price paid and the stars given of this property, i strongly feel that i deserve more!

Everything. I love the spa themed concept, the ambience, room fragrance and the room design are very aesthetic. Would love to come back again. Parking are spacious. Close to the city. Superb

Overall, it's a good hotel with good services. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff is friendly and good welcome service. Free buggy service from car park to the hotel. Clean room. Good location. Value for money. Healthy breakfast.

Considering all points, it has excellent value for money.
Pros:

I like the ambience of a boutique hotel. The room is small but has all the necessary amenities. The ambience and fragrant smell of lemongrass is refreshing. The room is very clean with coffee machine and some biscuits. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

The room is rather small, eventhough it has all the necessary amenities. Parking my car was quite tricky as the passage to the car park is very narrow with a sharp 90 deg turn. A big car will have problems entering the car park. Breakfast menu has limited choice, but the food is freshly cooked.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur une rue. Vous entendez le bruit des véhicules malgré le double vitrage . Vue pas top.
Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours et il faut demander pour faire changer les serviettes.
Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner inclus mais vous êtes limité au nombre de boisson,vous choisissez soit un café soit un jus de fruit si vous prenez les 2 vous serez facturé d' une boisson...
