The room is a bit small, the bed is somewhat uncomfortable.

At check in they charged us more than was advertised on here, and kept trying to change the amount owed. They tried charging us twice for tax, and then tried charging us for a booking that wasn't even ours. We arrived to find check in unattended and hate to wait 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The aircon did not get very cold.
Location - Most of the famous tourist places like Dutch Square, Jonker Walk are all nearby. Walkable. The room was comfortable for a family of 4. We were provided 2 water bottles and toiletries. The front office staff was very polite.
No lift. No ramp for disabled people. Also, there is no kettle in the room. Ironing facility is in the common area. Not to expect more from a budget hotel.

The aircond bad (not cool at all), not safety because really on side corner and infront main road. Bad service, toilet not comfortable, shower head not hanging and bedsheet not clean
