Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Perfect location for restaurants and shops. ATM right outside the hotel. Pool area is nice, right on the beach too. The rooms are spacious and clean, bed really comfy

The young guy on reception is amazing, always there to help and really friendly, he was great :)

Pros:

The room was modern and clean. We were able to use the pool and beach at the neighboring hotel. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room window faced directly onto a stairwell where other guests were constantly walking past. Because of this, I didn't open the curtains at all. It's possible this was mentioned when booking, but I don't remember.

Being on a road you can hear the road traffic
Although there is no traffic after like 11pm. They should install sound resistant glass windows and doors to minimize the road noise

Pros:

Prachtige kamer met mooie, ruime douche en een zitje buiten dat wij zeer kunnen waarderen.
Je kunt gebruik maken van het strand en het zwembad van het tegenover gelegen hotel.
De host is fantastisch, geeft veel info en tips en spreekt zeer goed Engels.

Cons:

Ligging aan de weg maar daar valt niet aan te ontkomen…
We hebben prima geslapen.

L'employé était tellement incroyable que nous en parlons encore 2 semaines après. On pense à lui et on s'ennuie haha. Il faut traverser la rue pour avoir accès a la plage et la piscine. Ce netait pas un soucis. Très belle piscine. C'était vraiment un must

Nous ne pouvons pas tenir compte de l'hôtel car ce n'est en rien leur pouvoir mais jai compris sur place les commentaires concernant la mer. Nous ne pouvions pas se baigner a la mer car les vagues étaient franchement trop puissante. Ca aurait ete presqu'un suicide haha. Mais c'était très propre. La mer etait la meme peu importe l'hôtel donc je recommande cette hotel puisque ca aurait ete pareille partout ailleurs.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett ist bequem und der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich.
Das Beste war für mich, dass man Swimming Pool und Liegestühle des Novola Mui Ne Resort & Spa nutzen darf.

The hotel is in a central location, the rooms are clean as is the entire property, very tidy and clean. Furthermore, you have access to the beach and the pool of the resort opposite, which is not to be underestimated. The guy who runs it is extremely polite and speaks perfect English. The only flaw is that it is on the main road, so you can hear the noise of the cars, which is inevitable. In any case, it is excellent value for money.
