Only location
Room Bed condition and other cleanliness, Bath room water stagnation and high price room for small area and cheating mentality of Reception staff. Totally disappointing
In general the hotel was ok however, the bed was very sub par quality. The bed was too low, the mattress was too hard and skinny, very old and the mattress cover was torn and not worth the price. If the bed is changed to a nice modern mattress with proper height and bedding, the hotel will be acceptable.

Value for money! I was first given a room without any windows. The general manager, Mr. Sandeep Telang, immediately offered me a larger room with an outside window.
The hotel and its facilities could be maintained better. I pointed out 3 light bulbs that were not working. They were not replaced during my stay.
Location was excellent staffs were extremely friendly. Receptionist Nisha Behara was very very friendly & helpful she was very knowledgable. Restaurants staffs were very helpful too. Restaurant can cover the breads so that flys can go in apart from that they were brilliant.
Only think I didn’t like about property is that they need to cover the breads with some sort of netting cover & they need to stop working on 3rd floor after 11pm but apart from that property is beautiful
