The attitude of the staff, especially the security, is very bad and ugly. Also, the coffee shop located there, although it has tea and water, does not provide tables and chairs for customers who order tea and water, and does not sell tea and water alone. This is really not in the best interest of the hotel and coffee shop. We are very dissatisfied.

Please improve with hospitality staff and supervisors, breakfast was ok but need to add more items.

Cleaning staff, I think not available enough,
I asked 2 times to clean my room but no buddy comes to clean. Other things are good,
Reception staff are good, gentle and welcoming.
