La pozione, praticamente all’interno della Mostra d’oltre mare. L’accoglienza in reception estremamente piacevole e cordiale (tipica di questa magica città).

Cons:

Camera vecchiotta, bagno e doccia davvero messi maluccio. Il servizio è’ pessimo; non cambiano shampoo se non lo finisci e non lo mettono proprio l’ultimo giorno ; non ho potuto fare doccia la sera prima del check out e la mattina successiva: assurdo. Niente ciabattine, niente bollitore. Assurdo, un vero peccato per un hotel di questo potenziale livello. Aspettati un cameriere che ti rincorrerà alla colazione per segnarsi il numero della camera; davvero poco elegante ed inopportuno (tranquillo non ho intenzione di fare una colazione aggiuntiva gratis)

The reception team was absolutely outstanding. Even though we arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, they kindly accommodated us and allowed us to check in early.
