Breakfast was good, but croissants could have been fresher

Cons:

The cabs booked through the hotel, were worse than outside cabs .
Food options for lunch was restricted as the coffee shop was closed during that time

Nice room - potential for a good rooftop bar.

Nice clean room with powerful shower
Impressive rooftop bar - but service issues.

Cons:

Seems to be a real communication issue here, maybe it’s just the language barrier.
Service was poor at the rooftop bar, had to request a menu & out of an order of 2 x fries & 2 x pizzas we only received 1 x fries despite requesting several time so we gave up & left to eat elsewhere. Staff seemed more interested in a drinks photo shoot that was taking place & the television screens which is disappointing as we only booked hotel because of the rooftop bar.
