Dec 2022, elderly couple, 3 nights. Nice, helpful staff, organized a nice 3-waterfalls tour for us with a driver only. We really needed no guide. The driver spoke some English and gave nice explanations. Hotel: Elevator, great view if 3rd floor or higher, room very good, all new and functioning, solid furniture, comfortable bed. We walked to the "Crazy House" one way by foot. Was very interesting. Breakfast 5m to the left: noodle soup was very good, kind of streetfood, nourishing and very cheap.
