I had a brilliant time and would return if I was ever passing through again.
Pros:

The bed was as comfortable as the one I have at home, tho location had lots of mini restaurants selling traditional Vietnamese food and the hosts were really friendly and gave good recommendations of things to do and places to eat, they even messaged me each night before shutting the door to check I had eaten and were in the hotel.

Cons:

Not much.
