Large spacious rooms and comfortable large bed, unique decors
It was still under renovation, some antique furniture was stained possibly due to age so it made it look dirty, but I only stayed 1 night so could really enjoy the full experience of the hotel, buffet breakfast was nice lots of variety and good selections

Ongoing construction/ refurbishment, both inside the hotel and on the road around the hotel.
Poor soundproof quality. It's too noisy from the club nearby and from neighborhood.

Breakfast not a 10 but not bad. Entry doors are padlocked overnight from 12 so it is awkward to have to wake someone up for access
Staff is very attentive and courteous, very helpful with luggage upon arrival. The room is very cozy, clean, beautiful and the bathroom is exceptionally big, very spacious and wonderful. Having a little fridge in the room is a big plus! Wifi is very strong and works great.
I like the staffs are very helpful and trying their best to accomodate our needs. Would go here again if we have a chance to be there.
None. All good. Maybe have more choices on vegeterian wise for the breakfast.
Very cosy, staff were very friendly. Great they would ensure we didn’t get wet racing out with umbrellas as we got out of the taxi or lending us umbrellas to venture out.

the room is not suitable for family stay. no living room or common area. no door for 2nd bedroom but just curtain to separate the space
The architecture and the interior furniture bring a cosy atmosphere that perfect fits the weather of Dalat. We have a great time in your room and out in the corridors and halls of the lovely place.
