Pros:

Sam hotel w dobrej lokalizacji i bardzo ładnie urządzony. Pokoje spore, dużo przestrzeni, łóżka wygodne, czysto, ale jest różnica np. w jakości łazienek między pokojami. Obsługa w recepcji miła i pomocna.

Cons:

Śniadania (wykupione) niestety słabe, mały wybór, jedzenie, które się kończyło, nie było donoszone, stały puste talerze. Niezależnie, o której godzinie się przyszło. Trzeba było specjalnie prosić obsługę restauracji, a też nie zawsze się to sprawdzało.

Un lieu parfait pour profiter des Kukeri
Pros:

De passage pour le Surva, à peine quelques minutes à pieds pour se rendre place Kraka,
Parfait pour profiter de ce moment unique !

Cons:

Certains clients de l'hôtel ne sont pas respectueux, cris d'enfants, clients exagérément exigeant comme si ils étaient de rois,
Ambiance à mon goût trop classique, manque d'originalité, une touche "surva" aurait été bienvenue

מלון נעים עם חניה והדירה מדהימה ומומלצת

הדירה הייתה מדהימה, העיצוב שלה הג׳קוזי, מיקום כ 10 דקות הליכה למרכז היכן שהתנהל פסטיבל סורבה וחניה חינם.

Cons:

אנחנו סגרנו בלי ארוחת בוקר, במלון יש ארוחת בוקר שיש להרשם מראש ולשלם החלטנו לקחת את זה , אך כאשר הגענו לארוחת הבוקר לא נותר דבר כמעט ולא היה רפיל למרות שהגענו כשעה לפני סיומו, בשל הדבר דרשנו את כספנו חזרה ולא נכנסנו לאכול-פשוט עדיף לא לקחת ארוחת בוקר
