Le lieu est magique. La situation est exceptionnelle. Notre suite (50m2) avec un grand balcon sur la mer est magnifique. Le restaurant, donnant lui aussi sur la mer, est de grande qualité. Enfin, et surtout, Jeanne et le personnel, se mettent en quatre pour que nous nous sentions totalement bien. Nous reviendrons dès que possible
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps
Hotel ligt op een toplocatie en het personeel was bijzonder aardig, maar spraken bijna geen engels. Het waren ook geen Marokkanen maar uit een ander deel van Afrika. dus ik hoop dat ze goed betaald worden. Verder kan ik niet veel positiefs opnoemen. Oh ja De massages waren heel goed maar ook dat was duurder dan in europa zelf.
hotel ligt op een toplocatie maar klein hard camping bed met oude meubels en simpel betonlook slaapkamer en badkamer met als je staat te douchen prachtig uitzicht op de zee doordat de buitenmuur uit glas bestaat, maar vanaf de andere kant ook op jou zicht is. en het personeel gebruikte deze route om sneller aan de andere kant van het hotel te komen. Tja...Verder compleet overgewaardeerd hotel. hygiene matig en kussens bijvoorbeeld onder de vlekken dus al heel lang in gebruik en ons beddengoed is niet gewisseld in die vijf nachten dat wij er waren. ontbijt matig, er word ook door de vrouwelijke manager vakkundig excursies opgedrongen tegen veel te hoge prijzen. Voor dit geld echt een teleurstelling. Ik voelde mij echt een beetje in de maling genomen worden. Ik kreeg nog iets op de eindafrekening, iets wat ik niet verwachtte dat dat er op zou staan (ik ben het nu even kwijt) maar werd gelijk een andere stemming toen ik een vraag daarover stelde. Ik heb betaald en ga er nooit meer terug.

L’équipe de l’hôtel est tres impliquée, souriante et aux petits soins, l’hôtel est superbe, les chambres spacieuses, le restaurant est aussi le meilleur de la ville nous y sommes restés une semaine, super massages, tout était au top 👌
Il manque juste une petite machine à café dans la chambre

Convivialité
Vue charmante, piscine très agréable et le plaisir de pouvoir se baigner en octobre. Le calme ambiant invite naturellement au repos. La ville étant en pleine modernisation, nous avons surtout profité de l’hôtel, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous poser. Cadre paisible, petite plage privée très agréable. Personnel d’une grande gentillesse, avec un vrai sens du service. Le cadre est paisible et l’accueil sincère, le temps s’apprécie pleinement.
Deuxième parenthèse, rare face a la lagune. Chambre spacieuse, terrasse en bois, vue, mer et désert, décoration bohème chic, tout invite au calme. L’équipe est d’une grande gentillesse, le service est attentif et discret. Mention spéciale à Ben et son sourire parfait ! La cuisine est locale avec des poissons pêchés chaque jour par leur propre bateau, moi qui aime les huîtres, j’ai pu en commander tous les soirs. Le spa est excellent avec une mention spéciale pour le massage relaxant avec Marie , la thérapeute qui a pris soin de moi. Côté activité Kitesurf excursion mon permis de découvrir des spots sublimes. Une adresse engagée idéal pour un séjour bien-être. Je recommande vivement le Palais Rhoul Dakhla.

The staff were amazing, always smiling, kind, attentive, and never intrusive.
It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge, yet offers plenty of activities if you want a more dynamic stay. Ideal both for solo travelers and for those who want to share moments with Friends/Family/Couple!
The organic food was fresh and so delicious.
