Not the right place for us.

Excellent location
Room was comfortable and clean.

Property very difficult to find - no external signage.
No indication in the booking process that this would be run on a remote basis.
Difficult to get the key from the locker box. Having been travelling with no WiFi I hadn’t seen a very late email.
Key card (only 1 supplied) stopped working on day 2 and complicated to get it sorted out - no desk/staff to help.
Late checkout had been booked but owner disagreed on the day before checkout. This took some considerable time to resolve adding stress while on our holiday. Compromise reached eventually (2pm) but still not the original agreement of midnight.
All stress that was unnecessary. If we had known the setup at the time of booking we would not have chosen the Darwin Harbour Suites.

Lovely stay but not a hotel
Pros:

Great location and nice room with a big swimming pool.

Cons:

This is not a hotel. You pick up your keys from a lockbox and your room is not cleaned daily. I maybe didn’t read the description but assumed it was a proper hotel.

Would stay there again..
Pros:

Spacious, clean and good location
Great balcony, could be better with ceiling fans

Cons:

Front sliding door needs maintenance, couldn’t always lock it. 2nd bathroom doorstop-hit my toes on this 3 times, in a very bad position. Coffee machine but no grounds to use, perhaps note it is not a pid machine. Could not get volume on main TV. Apartment can sleep 4 people, only 1 bowl is cupboard, bread & dinner plates were fine.

Fantastic Stay 😊
Pros:

Fantastic view, as we had a deluxe room on the 17th floor. Pool and jacuzzi was lovely. Bed so comfortable and huge. Very close to all the amenities Happy bunny 😊

No Internet with the TV. Need to get that sorted.

Will come back, as it was in a great location and we enjoyed the night there

The Unit itself was very nice, but the exterior of the hallways had a very bad mould smell.

Pros:

Good location in city.

Cons:

Small improvement- small milks included for tea/coffee and a jug for cold water in fridge would be a nice addition.
