الأسعار الفلكيه مقابل المبيت بعض الفلل تحتاج إلى اعادة صيانه وبعض خامات الاقمشه للكنب و المفروشات ليست مريحه وذات جوده عاليه مقابل السعر المكان يفتقر لمطعم آخر وإضافة بعض الفعاليات الأخر
ويفضل اضافة شاشات للفلل
The place is amazing and worth staying and coming at least once in a lifetime. The only thing that at the beginning service and communication with stuff wasn’t so good, but after couple days there our bad impression faded and we enjoyed staying there and would love to come back again.
A lot of flies in our room which woke us up every morning were really annoying , would be great if property could do something about it.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort overall. The environment is peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service quality is excellent, and everything was organized perfectly. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
However, my experience with the massage service was very disappointing. The therapist was using her phone multiple times during the massage, which was very unprofessional and distracting. She also did not introduce herself, which made the experience feel less personal and below standard. I hope the management will take this issue seriously and improve the service quality.

This place is 10 out of 10, it’s perfect, delicious food, good sleep, million stars at night, great weather, i came here in April, not too cold not too hot, amazing, i just love it. Couldn’t ask for more.

Throughout our stay, the team looked after us incredibly well. The staff were always available, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed, which made the whole experience feel seamless and relaxing.
The rooms were cosy, spotless, and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable space to unwind after exploring the incredible surroundings of AlUla.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in AlUla.
