An incredible location with everything designed to respect your privacy and quiet.
Food was nice but could have been better for such a luxury hotel although I do understand that being in such a remote place, freshness is not easy to obtain.
It’s a very remote resort, it is quiet, the pool, the staff and the food is exceptional.

Pretty grounds. But, needs some butler service to make it more upscale. Staff very nice, dinner was very tasty. Thankfully the pool is nice but it’s all in influencers and it’s freezing during this time to swim in.
The spa should have a pool or jacuzzi. Gym could use a bit of an upgrade. Beds too low but comfortable. Terrible breakfast, I know it’s free but it shouldn’t be an after thought. Nice stay, loved Bunyan tree more.

The hotel is located in the beautiful nature area. Nice comfortable tents to sleep and beautiful pool area. It’s very hot Instagram spot. Nice food in pool area. You move around in baggies and electric bikes.
The some of the staff had quite uninterested and unpersonal attitude. Breakfast options were not the greatest. Sometimes you need to wait a long time to get baggy from restaurant.

E-Bikes am Restaurant und Pool werden von anderen Gästen mitgenommen und man muss zu Fuß zurück bzw. Buggy bestellen.
Unterkunft und Essen sind relativ teuer, für Toppreise gibt es nicht Topservice.

Alles! Personal super freundlich, die Villen sind super eingerichtet und sauber. Und die Location ist einzigartig! Werden definitiv wieder kommen :)
Das Abendessen war teilweise nicht den Preisen gerecht.
Il resort è davvero spettacolare: la posizione è unica, immersa in un paesaggio che lascia senza fiato, e la camera era spaziosa, curata e di grande impatto visivo. L’esperienza complessiva è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, con un’atmosfera che valorizza pienamente la magia di AlUla.
L’unico aspetto che non mi ha conquistato è stato il check-in. Lo staff è stato corretto e professionale, ma l’accoglienza è risultata piuttosto standard e un po’ fredda, priva di quella nota calorosa che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello. Sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa di più personale e coinvolgente.
Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso e la struttura rimane un luogo straordinario.

Needs for improvement:
The pool was really cold; it supposedly had a heater, but that wasn't true.
We had three rooms and the shower didn't work perfectly in any of them. They need to improve that because it was quite cold.
Sometimes we didn't have a bicycle and it took them more than 45 minutes to give us one, which shouldn't happen since there's only one per room.
Needs to improve, because is expensive
I liked everything of Our Habitas.
Actually, there was nothing I didn't like.
