La seconda parte del soggiorno non ci ha soddisfatti. In particolare non mi è piaciuto l'atteggiamento dello staff alla reception.... non serve parlare l'inglese per capire le ostilità. Informazioni sulla fattura fornite varie volte nonostante le info fossero state inviate sulla prenotazione effettuata tramite booking.com
La colazione ha poche possibilità di scelta, direi basica per il prezzo complessivamente pagato

Allotjament funcional però amb bones instal·lacions i molt net.
Pros:

Personal molt amable, tot molt net i amb bona olor de rituals que també trobes a les habitacions i dutxa.
Teníem habitació amb vistes al mar que donava molta llum.
Petita piscina i Terrassa agradable per refrescar-te a la tarda abans de tornar al centre.
Parking soterrat perfecte per evitar calor al cotxe.
Gimnàs amb AC.

Estàs una mic aïllat del centre, però portàvem cotxe i el feiem servir per arribar-hi.

Beautiful apartment
Pros:

We loved the location, walking distance to many beautiful beaches & local bars, restaurants & supermarket. The Old Town is a 20 minute walk. The room had a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea & pool area. It was spotlessly clean & everything was like new.

Memorable, relaxing and one we would like to repeat.
Pros:

The locations was perfect for us a short distance for the center of Split very easy to get to where we needed. The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. The whole place is spotless one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was gorgeous amazing views. The pool was just the right size for cooling. Will definitely be returning.

Honestly I can’t think of anything.

This hotel made our 2 night stay in Split very enjoyable

We initially checked into what was supposed to be 2 bedroom suite (my daughter and her husband and myself) and it was old and tired; old small bathroom and no working mini-bar/fridge and they have known for a long time it was not working; I booked 2 beautiful king rooms in Ellure that were outstanding, new and fabulous breakfast and for the same price as the other old “penthouse” room was
