Pros:

A little oldish building hides inside a surprisingly confortable and good 4-star hotel. The room (superior double) was very spacious, modern, clean and even luxorious. The staff speaks good english. The tasty breakfast on the 18th floor has a great view over the city.

I think the photos will tell you everything needed.

Cons:

The wifi did not work, but that wasn't hotels fault

Отличные отель, была хорошая скидка, цена качество, чувствуешь себя как в 5 * отеле, именн номер оставляет такое впечатл
Pros:

Чисто уютно, великолепные номера, просторные впечатлила ванная комната, все есть для комфортного проживания, дружеский персонал и конечно же завтрак на крыше с видом прям отличный бонус ❤️

I’ll definitely choose this hotel next time when traveling to Almaty
Pros:

Aiman Kizahmetova, supervisor of the hotel was very helpful, offered a fan when temperature reached 80 F,
she was polite and always checked if we needed extra towels, soap or tea.
My mom needed extra pillow and it was delivered immediately.
Our room was always clean and refreshed with new towels every day.

Cons:

The hotel has a great location with a view of the city.
Staff is friendly and helpful, answered all our questions.
The reception was available and friendly.
My Birthday was celebrated with a surprise cake and candle that was brought to our room. It was a big surprise!

Номер достаточно новый. Все чисто.

Cons:

Одеяло было очень странным. Оно было очень коротким. Также зубные щетки принесли в номер только по просьбе. В номере не было халатов

Pros:

Завтраки отличные, вид просто супер - только из-за вида и заселился.

Cons:

Вайфай не исправен, интернета нет. Два дня был два дня не было. На ресепшене говорят, что сейчас все сделают так и не сделали. Так как был в командировке мне просто был необходим интернет для работы. К сожелению это был мой последний раз посещение данной гостинице.
Свет отключали с утра минут на 40. Собираюсь на встречу, нечего сделать не могу в итоги пришлось перенести все дела. Так как не успел потюжить вещи.
Ёршик в туалете сломанный - администратор пытался поменять но принес такой же сломанный. Обещал починить не получилось.
Когда зашёл в номер первый раз на улице шел дождик окно было приоткрыто и вода была на подоконнике - не смотрят.

В общем расстроили вы меня.

Stayed here for the third time. Great views over the city. Big and comfortable room. Good lightning, many sockets. Tasty breakfast (but almost the same every day)
