Good view from the room and from the terrace. The room is quite spacious and well-illuminated. Good insulation from outside noise
The mini-bar fridge in the room was not working and the staff failed to fix the issue claiming that a room temperature inside the fridge is "normal".
The shower head was spraying water in the opposite direction.
During our stay the battery in the door lock died and the cleaning personnel just left the door unclosed.
The restaurant at the top floor was clearly below our expectations - very long waiting time and mediocre food and cocktails.
There are only two elevators for 17 floors and the wait time can be significant.
Pillows are extremely flat.

The hotel left a positive impression. The room was spacious, everything was clean and looked new. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There were nice views from the window, and the hotel is located on higher floors (around 12–15), which adds to the overall experience.
Breakfast is served on the top floor — a definite highlight thanks to the views over the city and the mountains. The food was good, with a decent selection.
On the downside, the refrigerator was not very effective at cooling. Also, since there are offices in the same building, the elevators can be quite busy during the day, and waiting times may be longer than expected.
