Near city center. Cheap.
Not what we expected for a 4 star hotel. Hotel was very dated. No hotel slippers or robe in room, we were in front of a room where they keep linens and banging of door was heard even in late evenings and all morning. Room not that clean with big stain on carpet. Heater is a small portable radiator with broken wheel that is a bit unsafe to move around.
Location and windows open
Creaking sounds in hallway when it was windy at night…
Excellent customer service 😀
De tudo foi muito bom.
Nao tenho nada apontar.

Staff friendly on the whole. Sauna and leisure facilities were good
The TV was not working on the first night - sound and with no visual - I mentioned to the reception. Nothing was done for it. The wifi was terrible on both nights and on the second evening had no wifi at all - the reception came up and I mentioned the issue with the TV the previous night - which was then addressed - the wifi was jon existent so wasn't able to do the work in The evening I was intending to. The weather was bad so maybe this was a reason but was irritating nonetheless.
They let us to use spa after check out because we didn’t use it on day we arrived.
Wi-fi was very bad and only was working at reception.
Room was very cold.
No fridge.
There was condensation dripping from windows.
Its four star hotel and it was very bad experience.
Staff didn’t explain us about where and what’s happening , had to ask them everything by ourselves
Breakfast wasn’t impressive, coffee was terrible.
We definitely will not stay there again.
Lovely staff, hotel and facilities. I really enjoyed the use of the leisure centre.
Everything v helpful v clean lovely pool.for kids
Wedding bit noisy
The restaurant and bar was nice. Most of the staff was pleasant. The pool was terrific.
We booked two rooms. It stated we had a city view. Our view for both rooms was of a building wall. There was no temperature control. The description stated it had air conditioning and heating. Both rooms had no AC, one room had a portable heater. The refrigerators for both rooms did not work. The WiFi was spotty. It stated having room service, but there was no room service. There was a full dumpster in front of the hotel. The first night, my son and I went to the convenience store next to the hotel where there was one man peeing in the corner and another man who appeared to be shooting himself up with drugs. The shower was backed up, so we needed to shut off the water for it to drain.
It's within a short run to Dublin city centre.
The hotel would need revamp
