A staff member at reception (I believe his name was Sameer) did not inform me that I needed to register my car, which was parked in the hotel car park. As a result, I had to pay a significant amount to have my car released.
The staff member did not explain the registration process or mention that registration was required, even though it was my first day in the country. I was very disappointed, as this caused me to waste both time and money resolving an issue that could easily have been avoided with proper information from the reception staff.
The pool was extra nice with hot tub and unique “fire hose” massage in the cool pool.
Bed was a little uncomfortable, just two mattresses pushed together so a little crack in the middle. We were put at the end of a very long hallway and that wing had not been redone.
Excellent facilities including pool, sauna and hot tub. The In house restaurants and bars were very handy considering the location of the property. We attended one of the shows on site and it was very good also.
A little bit out of the main part of Belfast, but was very close to bus stops.
Gentlemen at the front desk upgraded our room after we had a small time to check in

Llegamos antes de hora y pudimos hacer el check in. El único sitio donde nos hablaron en español, incluido el personal de limpieza. La habitación era grande y cómoda, con un pequeño vestidor. Perfecto además si al día siguiente tienes q ir pronto al aeropuerto, en coche son 15 minutos y el bus que va pasa al lado. No disfrutamos del spa y del gym, pero son un plus.
Si lo que quieres es disfrutar de Dublín, está alejado del centro, alrededor de 1 hora caminando por Drumcondra. Hay buses pero tardan 40 minutos y tienes que pagar la cantidad justa del billete porque no se da cambio.
