Wer in Kauf nehmen möchte, dass an einem Tag das Zimmer nicht gemacht wurde, kalte Frühstückseier essen möchte und wenig

Das Personal war bemüht.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Doppelbetten und Waldblick gebucht. Nein hat uns in ein Zimmer einquartiert, das man bestenfalls als Familienzimmer bezeichnen könnte. Ein Zimmer hatte eher ein Jugendbett und kein Fenster! Der Ausblick ging in den Hinterhof. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung und wir haben am ersten Urlaubstag erst mal wieder eingepackt und sind umgezogen. Das Essen war sehr lieblos und wenn man um kurz nach 9 kam, gab es nur noch Reste vom Frühstück. Noch nicht mal Frühstückseier waren übrig. Nachdem wir uns wieder beschwert haben, wurden uns Eier auf den Tisch gestellt, diese waren kalt bis wir kamen. Man war zwar bemüht, aber eben nur halbherzig. Jedenfalls würden wir dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Mehr als nur Empfehlenswert!!!!!!! Beeindruckend!!!!!
Pros:

Mein erster Eindruck war überwältigend. Überaus höfliche, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel. Jeder Sonderwunsch wurde höflichst erfüllt. Die Atmosphäre und der Ausblick ein absoluter Traum!

Cons:

Beaucoup trop cher pour cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles : piscine sur le parking, aucun charme, photos non à jour, petit-déjeuner très bas de gamme, tout est payant et hors de prix (parking, bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, coffre fort…), douche pas en bon état…

Gut aber zu teuer Preis Leistung stimmt im dem Umfang nicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist an einem Super ruhigen Ort, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, und auch das Servicepersonal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Alles kostet extra!!
Eine kleine Portion Ketchup zu Wienerschnitzel kostet 50 Cent.
Das Essen ist lecker, aber auch eher etwas teuer für die Menge, die man bekommt.
Auch die Hotelzimmer sind nicht gerade günstig und das 5dl Wasser, dass auf dem Zimmer ungekühlt steht, würde 2 Euro kosten. Das ist unangemessen und überteuert

Die Größe der Suite mit 30m2 war ok, anstelle einer Flasche Mineralwasser am Zimmer (0,5 Liter um 2€) würde ich mir eine

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant ist enttäuschend. Der Grillteller bestand aus 3 Scheiben lieblos blass angebratenem Fleisch mit zähen Pommes, die Kräuterbutter ungenießbar. Die auf der Karte angeführte Fruchtgarnitur bestand aus einer halben Scheibe Orange gespickt mit einer Österreichfahne auf Zahnstocher. Der Zwiebelrostbraten wurde mit Fertigspätzle, Röstzwiebel aus der Dose und „Reichsdeutscher Einheitssauce“ serviert. Alle Salate am Buffet Fertigdosenware, die Dressings ebenso.
Und warum gibt es beim Frühstück kein Brot und Gebäck vom heimischen Bäcker? Die ekelhaften Aufbackteilchen (Billigware aus China?) sind ungenießbar.
