Horrible, pas d'eau chaude. Pas d'excuse, des explications culpabilisante : horrible expérience!

Réveillée par les bruits dans la cours aux alentours de 5h00 du matin. J'ai souhaité prendre ma douche et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Je suis allée prendre mon petit déjeuner et ai demandé à la personne présente de m'aider. Elle a dans un premier temps donné la clé pour une chambre qui visiblement : lit pas fait, n'avait pas été nettoyé! J'ai ensuite eu accès à une autre chambre. J'en ai ensuite échangé avec la responsable qui a été odieuse, ne s'est excusée de rien, m'a simplement dit que "je n'étais pas toute seule à prendre ma douche à cette heure là et qu'elle connaissait le problème". J'ai passé un moment hooorrible. J'ai pris un hotel 3 étoiles en pensant que la qualité de service serait au rdv, j'ai eu tort.

Une chambre un peu glauque au fond d'une cour un brin sinistre et une salle de bain glaciale et sans chauffage. Rapport qualité-prix laissant vraiment à désirer.
