Good short stay. Hotel is located in beautifull area. Staff was always helpfull with good attitude.

Wartezeit 60 Minuten beim checkin bis das Zimmer fertig war, die Dame an der Rezeption mit Brille, schnippig, von oben herab.

Poloha skvělá, Tiché misto blízkosti jednoho z nejkrásnějších jezer Plansee.
Hotel čistý, kuchyně výborná (my měli polopenzi).
Možnost aktivit na zadní zahradě byl příjemný bonus.

Cons:

Recepce je nedostatečně nadimenzovaná, počítejte s čekáním na check-in/-out...
U postelí nejsou zásuvky. Místo toho byly na našem pokoji skryté v šupleti pod televizí
Pokoje s výhledem na silnici bývají ráno hlučnější - je to oblíbená trasa motorkářů.

Sehr umständlicher und zeitaufwendiger Check-in Prozess trotz eigentlich vorhandenen Reservierungsdaten.
Schade, dass es das a la Carte Restaurant nicht mehr gibt. Abendessen am Buffet am Samstag Sehr dürftig in der Auswahl!

Great value for many! Suitable for families with kids

Nice location, great facilities
Various breakfast and dinner, very tasty

Cons:

Internet free only 2gb per day
Water is not included at the dinner buffet, you need To pay extra
My husband had a birthday on the first day, many hotels do little compliments, but not here.
Small point, but sometimes makes a big difference 😊
