Отель расположен рядом с автобусной остановкой, что дает возможность легко добраться до подъемника или до других автобусов, курсирующих по Южному Тиролю. Есть маршруты, которые начинаются в шаговой доступности от отеля. Очень просторные, комфортабельные и уютные номера (даже с раздельным санузлом, что большая редкость для отелей подобной категории). Номер в реальности выглядит значительно лучше, чем может показаться по фотографии. Помимо двух больших и удобных кроватей имеется письменный стол, журнальный столик, диван, тумбочка и вместительные шкафы. Все очень удобно и красиво. Потрясающие завтраки и великолепные ужины, где помимо трех заказанных блюд предлагается буфет, которого одного было бы достаточно, чтобы наесться самых разнообразных вкусностей, включая креветки, лосось и многое другое. Главная проблема при поедании этого буфета - держать себя в руках и помнить, что это только начало, а желудок один и переедание еще никому не шло на пользу. За 25 лет поездок по самым разным отелям уровня 3-4 звезды этот я бы поставил в самую верхнюю часть списка, а по ассортименту и качеству питания, наверное, в первую тройку. Доброжелательный и приветливый персонал. В целом, три звезды для этого отеля, на мой взгляд, явная недооценка. Лично я точно поставил бы 4 или 4 супер.

Das Abendessen war nur teilweise lecker. Am ersten Abend gab es Essen, was nicht gewürzt war. Und den Rest des Essen an den Abenden, war keine Hochleistung. Leider
Hatte meinen 50 stigsten dort gefeiert. Gab nicht mal eine Kerze, nur ein einfaches Stück Kuchen. Anderen wurde sogar ein Ständchen gesungen und haben eine Kerze bekommen (schade). Beim auschecken wurde nicht gefragt ob alles okay war. 😢😢😢
Scheinbar waren Mengel wie defekte Dichtung an der Balkontür oder an den Vorhängen bekannt, wurden aber nicht vorher behoben.

Pros:

colazione assolutamente eccezionale, vasta scelta di ottimi prodotti salati e dolci, qualità assolutamente ottima.
Il buffet della insalate/antipasti nonchè la cena meritano un plauso, complimenti davvero allo staff della cucina.
Il personale di sala molto cortese sorridente professionale ed attento alle singole esigenze.
La camera era davvero bella, dotata di tutti i confort e molto ampia. Pulizia impeccabile.

Cons:

Solo un pizzico di attenzione in più nella zona della spa, piccola ma accogliente. Metterei a disposizione degli ospiti delle coperte in cui avvolgersi nella zona relax, forse un pò più di presenza ed attenzione nel far rispettare silenzio ed "abbiglamento consono" all'interno delle saune.

조식 너무 좋았습니다. 신선한 채소와 다양한 햄, 치즈, 음료 이탈리아 여행 중 가장 만족스러운 조식이었습니다. 수드티롤 패스도 제공해주고 사우나랑 수영장도 좋고 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고 특히 뷰 하나로 가성비를 다 했다고 볼 수 있는 정도였어요

Cons:

교통이 아주 불편한건 아닙니다. 체크인전에 온라인체크인 후 수드티롤 패스를 요청하면 돈 안들이고 버스로 도착할 수 있지만 환승해야 합니다. 환승안하고 걸어서 올라갈 생각은 버리세요. 큰 케리어 두개 끌고 걸어올라가려다 주민분이 도와주지 않았다면 울고있었을지도.. 돌로미티 일부 구간이 버스가 일찍 끊겨서(저녁6~7시) 돌아가기 위해 볼차노까지 갔다 숙소로 돌아왔어요 30분거리를 3시간가량... 다들 버스시간 확인 잘하세요

Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cet établissement charmant qui a su garder un esprit familial, emmené par un personnel prévenant et très professionnel. Tout est parfait : l’emplacement à proximité des circuits de randonnées, la chambre avec vue sur les Dolomites, le buffet du matin, le repas du soir, la carte des vins du Süd Tyrol… Un grand merci à Alexander et à son équipe pour leur accueil et leur hospitalité.
