Meilleur souvenir de notre road trip je vous le conseille ! A très bientôt Cristina
Pros:

Christina est une hôtesse fantastique elle avait une place de parking attenante à l hôtel nous a offert une boisson chaude et gâteau ; l hôtel est bien chauffé refait à neuf moderne ! Possibilité de prendre les repas sur place à prix avantageux ! Avec Andrea Pierliugi et le cuisinier tout est pris en compte pour la satisfaction client !Andrea nous a également approché la voiture lors du départ. Ce séjour reste un des meilleurs souvenirs de notre road trip vraiment touchant !

Tutto era molto buono.
Pros:

I proprietari e il personale sono molto cordiali. Il loro servizio clienti è di prim'ordine. L'hotel è situato vicino al mare e a molti luoghi di interesse. Non è lontano dal centro città. La camera è PULITA e ha tutto il necessario. La colazione è molto buona. Grazie mille per la vostra straordinaria ospitalità e per aver creato un'atmosfera così positiva!

Waste of money, hotel was closed

Nothing. Very irresponsible.

Cons:

They automatically confirmed our reservation(I booked in the evening). It is said even in hotel confirmation ‘24 Hours Desk’ and phrase ‘you can call us anytime’. No one ever answered to us in the chat. When we arrived at night the same day and called to confirm, the lady with the sleepy voice said that it’s closed, there is no one at the reception, she said her relative is coming tomorrow morning. Our reservation was already paid. Booking support is not answering to return the money.
We ended up without a hotel in the middle of the night at the airport after a flight!
We spend much more money and time to find a new place at night and also to book a hotel that’s definitely has 24 hour desk!!! The money for this reservation never returned. Be aware while booking with them!
