Pros:

staff bravi professionali e colazione

Cons:

Camera piccola per andare a letto dovevi andare di traverso perché altrimenti se camminavi dritto spalle avanti non riuscivi dal poco spazio .fino a che dovevi passare senza nulla in mano mal di poco ma portare la valigia nell'armadio è stato faticoso .

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale vicino alla spiaggia e al centro con parcheggio privato. Tutto lo staff è cordiale e disponibile e rende il soggiorno piacevole. Ottima la cucina del ristorante e buona la colazione.

Pros:

Lo staff, soprattutto la parte del ristorante. Il maitre è stato gentilissimo con noi. Un plauso a tutti che si prodigano per sopperire alle lacune della struttura. Cucina e colazione molto buone.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione è gravemente mancante. Fortuna che siamo partiti quando l'albergo ha iniziato a riempirsi. Sentir cigolare il letto del piano superiore come se fosse nella nostra camera è una grossa pecca. Sentire distintamente il vociare della stanza accanto è una grave pecca. Non giudico grandezza e ristrutturazione della camera perché erano nella norma. Il bagno era comodo e abbastanza spazioso. Se non riesco a dormire perché sembra di dormire in un corridoio allora tutto il resto viene meno.
Il parcheggio purtroppo è piccolo e angusto. Se hai bisogno di spostarti con frequenza con la macchina potresti rimanere bloccato.

Hotel senza alcuna sbavatura. Tutto veramente perfetto, dalle stanze alla posizione e alla colazione. Soggiorno top. Quando tornerò a Rimini non avrò dubbi: Hotel Vienna Ostenda senza esitazioni.
