Room was nice, larger than expected. Had a small couch and little kitchen area (sink, ref & MW) bed was comfortable

Property chosen only because I wanted to stay in Rincon.
Pros:

This place was chosen 100% for the location. I did not mind the fact there was no continental breakfast as I drink a protein shake. The coffee in our room was good. They brought as a blanket for my mom.

Cons:

At first the bathtub lever drain would not work but it was quickly repaired. There was a trash sack and a pair of ladies underwear under one of the beds I discovered after we arrived that evening and I mentioned it to the front desk when I had put out the sign for maid service. However upon returning, it was still there.

A great inexpensive place to stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was more than helpful beyond the expected.

Cons:

The tv remote didn't work but I wasn't interested in watching TV so it didn't matter. A minor inconvenience. I was offered a replacement but since I wasn't like5to watch it didn't matter.

The bathroom was not clean. Mildew build up in corner. It smelled bad. We were so tired after being on road fir 10 hrs we rested a few hours and checked out at 4:30am

Clean, tidy, no bad odors, plenty of free parking. I'll stay there again when I'm in Savannah, GA.
Pros:

The building has been remodeled and is very clean and modern. If this property were placed near the beach, you'd pay three times the amount, if not more. I've traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada, and the Rincon is worth the money.

Cons:

Its location is difficult to get to because of the way the road splits in front of the property. The street is one way to the right, and to go left, you must travel a few hundred feet to a traffic light and then head in the opposite direction. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained poorly. The bed was comfortable but not very stable. Sit on the foot of the bed, and you'll feel like you are going to slip off onto the floor. Bookings.com said the room was $54 per night. They charged me $80.

Clean and neat basic motel with no frills. Only okay motel in this town, so pleased with location.
Pros:

No Breakfast. Too bad.
Quiet, back from the road - good.

Cons:

Room quite small, but clean and okay.
Didn't like having to walk past the open but not in use Laundry facility every time to our room.

It was ok for one night, but bathroom could use more cleaning.

The staff was great. Beds were surprisingly comfortable
