Toller Aufenthalt an bester Lage.
Pros:

Super Lage, feines Frühstück in wunderbarem Grotto, nettes Personal. Parkhaus gegen Aufpreis in Gehdistanz OK.

Cons:

QR Codes und links für Check In und Informationen zu Check Out haben nicht funktioniert. So haben wir alles nach unserem Empfingen erledigt.

Wir werden nächstes Mal eher eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück im da Angeli nebenan war gut und die Bedienung freundlich, das war für uns io.
Auch die Lage der Unterkunft war io.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war klein und unpraktisch, keine Abstellfläche für Necessaire. Ausserdem hatte es anstelle einer Dusche eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, das ist unserer Ansicht nach nicht mehr zeitgemäss.
Ausserdem gab es keine Anlaufstelle zum Bezug des Ticinoticket, das war für uns sehr unpersönlich,

Pros:

Lage ist zentral. Die Zimmer sind gross und haben gute Ablageflächen. Der kleine Kühlschrank hat eine praktische Grösse.

Cons:

Keine Reception. Aussenbeschriftung ist nicht mit Osteria Ascona. Irgend ein anderer Name. Safe ging nicht, Dusche defekt mit gelben Rändern und sogar mit ein wenig Schimmel. Reinigungsservice hat am Zwischentag unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Zimmer war düster. Extrem steile Treppe und das Fenster, welches ganz geöffnet werden kann, ist genau bei diesem schmalen Durchgang mit der steilen Treppe. Sehe ich als Unfallgefahr. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ringhörig. Ständiges Knirschen im Dach, Gerätelärm von aussen und Umgebungsgeräusche. Frühstück war spärlich und Qualität mangelhaft. Bettsofa war sehr hart.
Wir würden Osteria Ascona nicht mehr buchen.

Tolle Lage, freundlicher Kontakt via Telefon, super Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan, sehr ruhig, dafür das die zimmer zur Seeseite weisen!

Das Thema Kurtaxe ist umständlich mittels einer eigenen dafür nötige App gelöst ...

Keine Rezeption, die Kommunikation verlief online. Mangelhafte Angaben, musste wegen dem Parkplatz mehrmals nachfragen.
Die Frühstückessenszeit war im Zimmer von 8.00 bis 10.00 Uhr angegeben. Um 8 Uhr wurden wir nicht bedient, mussten bis 8.30 warten

Lage und Schnitt des Zimmers.

Cons:

An einem Tag wurden Möbel bei uns im Zimmer aufgebaut.
Der angepriesene Parkplatz ist ein öffentlicher und sehr teuer, ebenso die Kaffekapseln.

Die Vermieter haben sich alle Mühe gegeben, damit es uns gut geht

Cons:

Der einzige Negativpunkt ist halt die Lage neben dem Parkplatz. Es kann Lärm geben wegen dem Verkehr
