Pros:

Ich habe für einen Arbeitskollegen gebucht. Frühen abend checkte er ein und er fand sein Zimmer sauber und hat auch gut geschlafen

Cons:

Das Bad wurde nicht gereinigt und war dreckig...besonders die Toilette.
Nachdem er es bemängelt hat, wurde gesagt dass nicht genug Reinigungskräfte momentan vorhanden sind. Was keine Entschuldigung ist.
Zudem wurde auch gefragt, ob er es nicht einfach selber sauber machen könne. Es wurde zwar danach noch gereinigt aber das finde ich schon sehr unverschämt.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit richtig großen schönen Zimmern, direkt am Bahnhof in bester Lage.

Cons:

Frühstück ist leider ohne Hafermilch bzw. ohne Auswahl für Menschen die keine tierischen Lebensmittel essen. Genau wie das Restaurant, leider nichts für Menschen die nicht nur Haustiere respektieren ; )
TV hat nicht funktioniert. WLAN Schlüssel nicht im Zimmer aufgeführt und wurde bei einchecken nicht geteilt.

Pros:

Rundum ein sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Restaurant und das
Bistro optimal. Speisekarte topp und geschmacklich genial, dazu noch ein sehr
guter Service, was will man mehr. Immer gerne wieder!

Sehr ordentliche Zimmer, schön dekoriert und ausgestattet. Das Restaurant ist absolute Spitze, urig, gemütlich und ein super Essen. Auch das Frühstück war klasse.
