Falls ein anderes Hotel in Roding verfügbar wäre, würde ich hier nicht mehr buchen!

Sauberkeit der Zimner, zentrale Lage!

Inkompetentes Personal (niederbayerische Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption), bei einchecken wurde
darauf hingewiesen, daß das Frühstück am Sonntag bis 9.30 Uhr stattfände - stimmt nicht, auf Nachfrage von mir - nach durchlesen der Infotafel - an der Rezeption!!! - Frühstück bis 10 Uhr - wurde sich entschuldigt, dies wäre ein Versehen der Mitarbeiterin. - diese hatte sich, nach Nachfrage von mir entschuldigt. Ein Gast hat nach dieser Fehlinformation nicht gefrühstückt, weil er dachte, es gäbe ab 9.30 Uhr kein Frühstück mehr! Bezahlen musste die Firma trotzdem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr überschaubar und reduziert...!
Das Personal müsste dringend geschult werden... hat auch kein Interesse an den Gästen...nach mehreren Anrufen von Gästen am Sonntagabend, an der Rezeption war kein Mitarbeiter/in erreichbar...
Hohe Preise für NICHTS. Die Bar hat geschlossen, am Samstagabend, das Restaurant ebenso an mehreren Tagen ... 4 Sterne für nichts... ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel, aber - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt im Gegensatz zu den Jahren vorher nicht mehr! Total überzogen!

Fantastic experience in Roding.
Pros:

Staff was amazing and the hotel location was great. Parking garage is really convenient and breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and very clean.

Cons:

I struggled with the thermostat in the room and never could get it to actually blow hot air. Eventually just turned it off and covered up overnight.
