Parcheggio privato in struttura, super utile per chi viaggia in auto!
Ottima posizione a distanza di cammino dal centro e dai ristoranti.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a metà aprile e la stanza era troppo calda perchè i fancoil non erano ancora stati convertiti da caldo a freddo. Ho dovuto ovviare dormendo con la finestra aperta.
Altro piccolo disagio: la temperatura della doccia fluttuava da caldo a freddo.

Molto bene.
Pros:

Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’ospitalità rara, tutto lo staff è molto disponibile e attento. Il distributore di acqua accanto alla hall è un plus non così scontato e sicuramente apprezzato. Il parcheggio è comodissimo e, altra cosa non scontata, è presente una colonnina di ricarica per l’auto elettrica.

Un punto di riferimento consigliato per chi vuole soggiornare ad Aviano.
Pros:

Struttura pulita e ordinata, stanza enormi con tutti i comfort. Bagni grandi e puliti. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Personale cortese ed estremamente disponibile. Posizione perfetta. Ampio parcheggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Hotel datato, proprietario burbero. Non vale il costo
Pros:

La gentilezza della cameriera a colazione, l’ampiezza della camera, la presenza di colonnina per la ricarica (anche è se non ne ho usufruito)

Cons:

Signore al check in burbero, sembrava di fargli un dispetto a soggiornare nell’ hotel. Check in per altro lentissimo. Colazione un po’ datata.Doccia con tenda invece che porta, molto scomoda.

Bait and switch
Pros:

I would like my money back. They accomplished a great bait and switch. Pictures clearly depict a balcony, but you have to specifically request a balcony.

Cons:

Front desk lady was disturbed from her television when we arrived at 4 pm. After checkin we found the room did not have a balcony which was our main reason of picking that hotel. When we asked if a balcony room was available, the new front desk man informed us there wasn't, we should have specifically asked for a room with a balcony and the room was non-refundable. He also put the blame specifically on us for not requesting a balcony. No problem, we will not stay here and we will pay for the first night...his answer was no, it is non-refundable. We have since requested from the owner a refund but they do not respond. The hotel must be so desperate for money that despite being fully booked, they will not refund ANY portion of the booking. Lesson learned...request balcony despite the fact the pictures show one and do not pre-pay with this hotel.
