Great place to be near everything you need and reach the first gondola early by foot
Pros:

Clean, great location, communicative and helpful staff. The ski room with heaters for boots was a pleasant surprise.

We got what we paid for, the location was ideal, we loved Bansko and the local area
Pros:

Location to the Gondola was great, the hotel helped arrange transfers and taxis and you had use of the hotel facilities which were all lovely. The apartment was just a little tired and had some damage. moved the beds to find lots of rubbish and mess from previous guests so although bedding was clean the apartment itself could have been cleaned to higher standard and needed some minor repair/updating.

Cons:

Not always enough hot water for 4 people to shower in the morning.
Kitchen needed to be checked for crockery, cutlery and other kitchen items as lots of thinks were missing
